Hey, its Mitch From Marketing and I will be bringing you a new segment called The Brand Report. My sole purpose of this segment is to shine a light on the different aspects of creative marketing through brand collaborations, marketing campaigns, and new business ventures.
Today we dive into the marketing campaign of the 7 days of Bob’s burger pop up curated by Chef Alvin Cailan the owner of Eggslut. Chef Alvin is the resident Chef at Chefs Club Counter. Chefs Club Counter located in Soho is a restaurant that hand picks, up & coming chefs from all over and gives them a platform to curate a pop-up dining experience in NYC
Marketing campaign details: Bob’s burgers a Fox network smash hit and Netflix favorite dives into a small family-owned burger joint that are full of laughs. Chef Alvin taps into a Niche market of imagination scarcity(Yeah I made that up). The idea that you watch a cartoon and actually have the chance to taste a product that you thought was a funny food pun is an amazing concept. For 7 days Chef Alvin brought the burger of the day:

Social media campaign was a little weak but the word of mouth buzz was amazing. Chefs Club Counter had Soho looking like a Supreme/Yeezy release. Lines for the burger of the day wrapped around the corner selling out in under 2 hours. The 20$ burgers w/ fries were not sold in vain 10% of the proceeds went to California Fire Foundation. Tying a great idea to a good cause that will bring out people and a lot of available income is the candles lit on a cake.
